Sales Executive

OpenDoor Trading has an immediate opening for a Sales Executive to join our growing team. This position will report directly to the President.

The position requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality are required.

Responsibilities

  • Sells OpenDoor Trading Platform with established contacts and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending solutions to help clients use our product more efficiently.

  • Manage New client process from first engagement, through documentation, execution, to training, and platform on-boarding, then maintaining relationship ongoing.

  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of FI – Rates – UST Sales experience.

  • Experience in Electronic execution – with Dealer/Sponsor or End User client base a necessity.

  • Provide feedback from clients to development team – for product improvement, innovation.

  • Increase volumes traded on platform with existing accounts.

  • Understanding of Auction/Session based platforms, as well as current state of RFQ model (Tradeweb – Bloomberg)
