Ibrahim joins OpenDoor with over 8 years of experience in the IT industry. While attending Rutgers University to pursue his degree in Computer Science, he began his career at Verizon Business as a Helpdesk Analyst. He then moved on to Capital One as a Technical Support Specialist, where he gained more experience in this field. He also worked for the Visiting Nurse Service of New York as a Desktop Support technician, which helped him work with and understand various device types and how to troubleshoot them to a permanent solution as he started doing more physical work.
Ibrahim joined our team as an IT Support Specialist, where he is responsible for desktop support, network support, telecommunications support, trading system support, and general IT support for the firm.
